Screenshot of initial window, showing thumbnail for deleted file and error

Screenshot shows 3 generated report documents. LibreOffice deleted these files
during a previous LibreOffice session, but their thumbnails still appear when
LibreOffice is subsequently launched.
Clicking on any of these thumbnails displays an error message, as shown in the
screenshot.
