Sorry, I don't know what ‘tdf’ is.
I downloaded it from the page that's linked to by the ‘RC2 is available’ promo
that's currently at the top of this bugs page, clicking on the ‘Download
Version 7.1.0’ button.
That's currently linking to
https://www.libreoffice.org/donate/dl/deb-x86_64/7.1.0/en-GB/LibreOffice_7.1.0.2_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz
Though my Firefox history claims it was actually downloaded from:
https://mirrors.ukfast.co.uk/sites/documentfoundation.org/tdf/libreoffice/_testing_/7.1.0/deb/x86_64/LibreOffice_7.1.0.2_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz
sha256sum reports
58ee5bfd8265c7fcfb9f39929077d6672261d37b4896ce19184c00bf4a2a0da6, which matches
the value shown on the page linked from ‘info’ under the download button.
