perf.svg: a flamegraph taken during the "hung" time.
It looks like it is getting hung up in a do{...}while(bAgainst) loop in
sw/source/core/crsr/crsrsh.cxx's SwCursorShell::UpdateCursor.
Wow - I am a genius. I just reproduced what was already given in comment 3...
