If something haphazardly gives a problem, I think it must be determined what
changed in this function since the previous release that worked. If nothing
changed, it must be a more general problem, as antifascist suggests.
>From a systems perspective, I suggest an existing User Profile should never be
overwritten when updating. That will also prevent one from once again change
far too many settings according to one's own style of working. There are many
other software products that do that. I don't know why it can't be done in
LibreOffice.
