As a casual user it took me ages from
https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2021/02/03/libreoffice-7-1-community/
to actually find where this change has actually been implemented. The only
reference is from April 2020. So for others - Tools > Options > LibreOffice
Writer > Formatting Aids > Anchor.
