Thank you very much @V_Stuart_Foote, that helped.
I still think this is a bug as
a) I can't write can't, and I should be able to, as the apostrophe is not in a
start quote position.
b) it works differently on slides and on notes in the same presentation
c) ‹is the single start quote for Swiss French, not for Swiss German.
