We use RESOLVED FIXED when an (assigned) developer had the intention to fix this, and we know this is fixed by a patch. Although you can't reproduce it anymore, it's quite sure this is fixed with some change in the code (but we don't know for sure). Thanks for your time filling this bug and retest it!
