Description:
The icons on the Shapes panel are not correctly spaced vertically (see the
screenshots) in high DPI.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a 4K monitor. Set DPI to 200%
2. Start Draw
3. Click the "Shapes" panel on the right.
Actual Results:
There are no spaces between rows. Items overlapping vertically.
Expected Results:
There are spaces between rows.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
