Steps to reproduce:
0. Open Libreoffice Writer
1. Type random lines
2. Select "Toggle bulleted list" and choose the first one
3. Save the document in .docx file format and close the program
4. Then open the saved file and if you print it all the bullets become empty
cubes on the paper.
