Description:
Undo doesn't restore original layout (DOCX)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 169400
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Change anchor the red frame to 'to character': notice the re-arrangement
(reported separately)
5. File reload -> another shape moves
6. Drag the frame somewhere else Right middle of the page
7. Press Undo -> undo not working
Actual Results:
Undo doesn't undo
Expected Results:
Should do
