Description:
If user has more than one frame on Writer's page, there are duplicate items of
Previous/Next link filed in Properties dialog.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice 7.1 Writer.
2. Make more than one frame on page (best is 3 and more).
3. Click on one of them and choose Properties option from context menu.
4. Click on the Options tab.
5. Click on the "Previous link" or "Next link" combo.
Actual Results:
Items of other frames are duplicated.
Expected Results:
Items of other frames are presented only one times.
