DOCX filters having a habit to convert/match stuff to something else as a
feature. So someone assumed Word users not having OpenSymbol.. converting those
to 'Symbol' in the DOCX filter
[Same habit as Liberation Sans of Calc being converted to Arial on save to XLS/
XLSX)

I doubt the current chosen 'Symbol' being the best match. Or OpenSymbol is
available everywhere nowadays at MSO at this conversion step can be dropped.

And in principle I find this 'compatibility stuff' must a setting/configurable
(on/off). I feel lacking control.. and nice to have list of things which get
converted (which explains certain changes). It so an educational purpose.

Putting this in help under 'compatibility DOCX' on page 220 footnote 2000
second paragraph, well...

But well GUI wise, well.. considered putting under advanced.. but that's such a
big list (OK proper caption might work)
