The bugzilla daemon requested that I verify this bug still exists.
4 YEARS later and this trivial bug still exists.
The cell dimensions are being forcibly rounded to values and distorting
spreadsheet dimensions. I have actual documents that I cannot open/edit/save
because this software is mangling the cell dimensions.
