Some unprotected cells on protected sheet cand be modified
Steps to reproduce:
1. Unprotect some cells in one sheet
2. Protect this worksheet
3. Try o modifie all unprotected cells (some of then can't, and other yes)
Current behavior:
Some of the unprotected cells can be modified, but other no.
Expected behavior:
All unprotected cells may be modifie.
I attach a sample document: The password is "bugprotection".
Enviroment:
The document is made with 3.6.4, but on some documents created with older
versions do the same. If write this documents on 4.0 version maintaining this
error.
I check on LibreOffice Linux versions 4.0 RC1 and RC2.
