How to recreate bug:
1. Start new Impress file
2. Insert Table (3x3)
3. type a number in each cell
4. Select all cells and set format to "center vertically"
5. Save the file as .pptx
6. open the file and the "center vertically" is not present.
bug does not appear when saving as .odp
It may be related to the issue as reported in bugzilla item 89806, as I have
also seen other bugs (e.g. table size changes when being dragged around on the
page) but could not recreate them for this report.
I use Windows 64-bit version in Windows 10
