Steps to reproduce:
1. Application form apparently created in MS word not formatted correctly if
opened with LibreOffice under Ubuntu
2. When loggin into windows it open correctly with ms word
Current behavior: formatting corrupted
Expected behavior:formatting to be correct
Operating System: Ubuntu
