Image moving to different position after changing anchor
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 169402 (bug 140100)
2. Right Click the red filled frame
3. Change anchor from 'as character' to character
Actual Results:
To character image goes to middle of the page
Expected Results:
Doesn't change position. Not this like touches a bigger topic about the default
position on insertion (at least having some re-collection about this)
Center & top [which still find wrong.. but now unintentionally adding samples
