Lag/delay of menus because of canvas content (gifs) in GDI/SKIA mode. However
CPU usage only triggered on hoover over)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164857 (nasty file, animating stuff, if it renders)
2. expand a menu and hoover over items.. notice the lag.. and CPU increase.. so
menu's directly tied to canvas content; doesn't seem ideal
3. Open Help -> About again delay painting
Actual Results:
Lag when hoovering over items
Expected Results:
Not so
