Thanks for reporting this bug. I can confirm that currently the string
"Decimal places" mentioned by the reporter is translated to
"Dezimaltrennzeichen":

Although I don't speak German and can not judge if it's wrong and if
"Nachkommastellen" would be the correct translation, there is at least another
string "Decimal places:" that is translated to "Nachkommastellen:":

As https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams only lists a mailing list
as the contact for the German translation team, and adding arbitrary email
