Since my initial report, I have upgraded both my Desktop PC and Laptop to newer
(and more powerful) versions, and to the latest version of LibreOffice
(7.1.0.3).
While the bug is still present on the PC, videos run perfectly on the new
laptop, so I don't know where the problem is.
Both systems are running Windows 10 version 20H2.
Differences are:
PC is running Windows 10 Home, laptop is running Windows 10 Pro
PC video card is Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
Laptop video card in Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
Using default settings in LO, so using Skia in both cases.
Bottom line is that I don't have a clue why it works on one but not on the
other.
