My bad - the "Find All" option is there plain as day and I'm still on the same
v3.6.4.3 as I was yesterday.  The option is on the "Find & Replace" dialogue
box, which I know I looked at and used. No idea how I missed it. I don't think
anything should be done to make it more obvious either. It's already
prominently displayed exactly where I expected it to be. The fact I somehow
didn't see it is my mistake.

I've confirmed the "Find All" option is there in Calc and Writer v3.6.4.3 and
works even in read-only mode.

Also, yesterday I ended up using this work-around which might be useful on
older versions of LibreOffice.  Use "Find & Replace" to replace the text with
something distinctive and undoing the change right afterwards (actually the
Replace All also highlights everything it changes too, so I could have replaced
the text with itself).
