This topic is not LO bug so not really for Bugzilla.
There's a separate TDF infrastructure system called Redmine.
As for ApoImage, it's available via LO page in Download or directly at
https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/ with daily builds. Not clear if you
aware of that.
So I close. But you may explain further.
