Description:
The function wizard of the FIXED function should be revised.
1.) The description should be adapted to the one in the help. The hint that the
result is a text is missing. The following text should be used:
Returns a number as text with a specified number of decimal places and optional
thousands separators.
2.) The option "Decimals" is optional and should therefore not be displayed in
bold. The note (required) should be replaced with the note.
Optional – default = 2
3.) In the description of the option, the possibility of rounding to the left
of the decimal point with negative values should also be described. So like
this:
Decimal places. The number of fixed decimal places that are to be displayed.
Negative values round the number to the left.
