Dokument with gutter for testing

The feature 'page gutter' was implemented with bug 91920. It allows the user to
distinguish in the margins between an area, which will be consumed by binding
and an area, which gives a visible margin.
LibreOffice has the view method 'Book view'. There already the distance between
the pages was removed to create a view, which would correspond to an open book.
But in case a page gutter is defined, the inner margin looks too wide, because
that area, which will be consumed by binding is shown too. So the user gets a
wrong view of the page design.

Enhancement request: Add an item in the view menu to enable/disable of showing
the page gutter area.
