Hello Roman,
I disassembled my computer and looked for hardware errors. Here I discovered
that the HDMI cable on my monitor was defective.
Since I can no longer reproduce the error I reported, I conclude that the HDMI
cable was the cause of my reported problem.
What I can't understand, however, is the fact that I only had the reported
problem with LibreOffice. No other program on my computer showed this behavior.
Well. The problem is solved on my part and I apologize for the unnecessary
work.
