Description:
I have a hard time learning coding in OF BASIC.
Take a long time to go back an forth to see the short description.
I think it is a quick way to help novice faster feeling home in the BASIC.
It need to be optional because I do not think professionals want this
disturbance.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Press"Contents" to show content
2.Stop cursor at any subject.
3.Popup-window will show a short description (as found in the document)
