There is a mention in Writer's Guide 6.4 (p. 182, p. 266), but it seems to be
wrong.
There does not seem to be any mention in the "online help".
Probably should be added to:
https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-US/text/swriter/main0206.html
(and mention "hidden by default")
Should "Continue previous numbering" get an icon?
