Description:
if you copy text to the Windows 10 clipboard in any third-party application
(for example, a browser), the text will not be inserted in LibreOffice Writer,
but the text that was copied in Libreoffice Writer itself will be inserted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy text to the clipboard in the browser
2.paste in libreoffice writer
Actual Results:
the text copied in the browser will not be inserted
Expected Results:
the text copied in the browser should be inserted in libreoffice writer
