DOC formula's a blurry hard to read image on file-open (not accessing to 'get
proper' rendering)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOC
3. File reload
Actual Results:
Blur impossible to read stuff
Expected Results:
Readable at minimum (this never worked perfectly but did better once in a
while)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
