In the original file, the replace of "daß" with "dass" is still there.
If you take the original "acor_de.dat" (not the one I provided with
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=168648 from tdf#139377),
its DocumentList.xml still contains:
<block-list:block block-list:abbreviated-name="dßa"
block-list:name="dass"/>
and it's coherent with the fact that tdf#139377 has been put into WONTFIX.
