when option is enable it is showing the correct page layout, but not
remembering it.
I found the option in the print dialog on the properties of the printer.
"Use only paper size from printer preferences."
When this is enabled it is showing the correct page layout.
But when you view the print dialog again it is not showing the correct page
layout.
you will have to open the printer properties and close the window to show the
correct layout.
