When having the file .config/kioslaverc containing
ProxyUrlDisplayFlags=0
[Proxy Settings]
Proxy Config Script=
ProxyType=3
ReversedException=false
socksProxy=
an error message is shown when starting LibreOffice the first time after a
login something like
"No usable Proxy-Konfiguration script can be found" (Es kann kein verwendbares
Proxy-Einrichtungsskript gefunden werden)
When attempting to start LibreOffice a second time about three minutes after
the first LibreOffice instance had been terminated it takes much more than one
minute to show the LibreOffice main window on a fast system, much longer than
the initial duration.
