I do not have the "lo-menubar" package installed. I upgraded to LibreOffice 3.6.4, using the PPA you mentioned, and was able to recreate the problem. Then, I installed the libreoffice-dbg package so I could generate the requested backtrace and the crash went away. When I run LibreOffice in gdb, the crash doesn't happen. When I run LibreOffice normally, outside of gdb, the crash doesn't happen.
