erm, some how i didn't finish the previous message:
(it did appear in the presentation console).
I also just noticed the following:
- it is sporadic, it appears on some zoom levels, but not on all. zooming
closer always fixes it at some point. while zooming out, it is sharp on few
zoom levels, but blurry on most.
- in my 7.0 stock packages, at some point i didn't have the plasma integration
packages installed. the generic win98 like gui was shown and it seemed that the
problem was at least better. I then tested the gtk and qt/kf5/plasma guis and
both had blurry images.
