423 is method-not-found, and I verified in gdb the method in question is
actually ExportAsFixedFormat itself. Object model documentation and OpenGrok
concur: it simply isn't implemented.
In my opinion this ticket should be phrased as an enhancement: please implement
ExportAsFixedFormat in the object model exposed to macros.
