As far as I understand comment 6 the problem is Word 2013 and 2016 don't use
the <w:view> setting (but I'm not a developer; I can't read the code). So I
could understand, that Word doesn't open file in Web-View, but I would expect,
that Writer does (but again, I'm not a developer).
Jan, what do you think about it? Do you agree, that this is NOTABUG as Aron
says in comment 6?
