Empty page because of anchoring attaching itself at different spot
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select top image (china town)
3. Press arrow down once
Actual Results:
Everything shifts down.. so last paragraph moves to next page (create a blank
page)
Expected Results:
I see an anchor as an anchor to certain location, without causing layout change
in this way
Reproducible: Always
