See how Writer icon has blurred line inside
Tip of The Day has some tips which applied to specific module. These tips have
additional emblem icon which currently are not crisp and clear
Here come a suggestion to update them
Step to reproduce:
1. Show ToTD (Help > Show Tip of The Day)
2. See some specific module/app tips that has special emblem
