Here is a bug report to help us in QA and bug reporters.
Many times bugs are reported for Mail Merge. It's tedious to ask for sample
files with database and register it and test. They are usually long personal
documents.
Built-in Bibliography is sometimes useful but we need also another one, so that
test of Wizard and mailing can be done. It needs fields as proposed (some empty
on purpose).
This should be available in every master and development release.
Additional database Contacts should look like this:
Title First Name Last Name Email Address
Password
Mr. Last1 last1@localhost 1
Ms. First2
Mrs. First3 Last3 first.last@localhost 3
