Most buttons can and do have a tooltip now. But I disagree with adding a
tooltip to Okay and Cancel. Even beginners should know what those buttons do,
and it's rather confusing when they get a hint for some potential unexpected
behavior.
The statement "no documentation anywhere, not self-evident" needs evidence
itself.
