Repro 7.2+ GDI and Skia in Windows somehow.
I turned off/on Sidebar Properties. Video didn't disappear, but smaller video
was playing above slide.
Already a problem in Lo 5.3 where media control appears in Properties.
In Skia I noticed video flickering when clicking on slide background.
So not sure about regression, or we have two issues here. Surely needs to be
kept here. So far I remove Skia from the title.
In Linux there is no video, I guess anther bug.
