Export WMF to JPG 300 DPI 13.9 x 10.0 cm GDI 4.4.7.2 (no export options dialog)
This actually matches the Skia result. So seems we are upscaling an 256 (8
BitsPerPixel) image / 618 x 447 Pixels (1.38) to what we put into the dialog.
However internally still 618 x 447 Pixels (1.38)
