Regarding this advice I did a reset of the user profile, some things changed
about Skia, now is Vulkan, before was Raster.
I also disabled extensions.
Nevertheless the behavior that was described in this bug is unchanged.
It's not possible to close LO by it's GUI when LO is opened through it's API.
