This is filesave bug. You attached Doc saved with some older Lo. It will always
open the same with Mso.
Bug can only make sense and stay New if you prepare ODT which is wrong with
current Lo when opening in either Lo or Mso. And which can be tested further.
Apart that bug wasn't reported well and that it's only a slight difference, for
6,5 years you must understand that Lo is volunteer driven. Meaning that you can
fix it yourself, find or pay someone do it or just wait, some bugs get fixed in
days, some not in decades,solely on dev interest.
