Reformatting or insertions in a document can result in page-anchored images or
frames being in the wrong position in relation to the main body of text. This
necessitates cutting and repasting perhaps scores of frames/images to new
pages: feasible but time-consuming.

Is it possible to allow the user to easily move a selected frame or image back
or forward one page at a time in the document, maintaining the same position on
the new page as it did originally?

(Note: AFAICS, this is a different to Bug 89477.)
