In an ideal world, software engineers deliver software free of all kinds of
bugs and defects to their clients. Unfortunately, such a world does not exist.
0-bug software is a myth. Bugs are very commons in today's software, and a
great part of their lifecycle consists of resolving them. Why? Well, because
the error is human.
