LibO has pop-up baloon notification in top right for informing update. It could
be utilized also IMHO for some infos like Release Notes, Get Involved or
donation. it might be better to make the balloon pop up in a certain time. It
has more rooms for more complex like ToTD but not too right-on-your-face
either.
