I can confirm, that also MS Word 2010 shows the text correctly. But I think it
is something with LO export, because I noticed this behavior only few hours ago
when I posted another Bug 141228 - for me this seems to have some connection
with the wrong export of highlight text, because I use LO and MS beside for
years and never noticed such a behavior.
If it would be a bug between MS 2003/2010 and 2019, then the same text created
in MS Word 2003/2010 and opened in 2019 should bring the same result, which
does not happened. Between MS 2010 and MS 2019 using this kind of text brings
no difference. Therefor I expect it is a LO bug.
