I disagree. There are plenty of languages other than English which also use
the Latin alphabet, where this tip-of-the-day works fine (not considering
diacritic marks).
Translators for non-Latin languages should adjust the wording themselves to
better accommodate their language and users. Adding a comment for translators
may be a good idea, but specifying "English words" is unnecessary.
