Not sure if this is a regression from RC2.
May well be associated with changes you did re inherited formats bug 59724
Re those, saw a few examples of problems with RC3, fixed by recalculate, save,
close, reopen. Suspect this won't appear for users upgrading from 3.x, but will
do a test.
